A site-specific performance staged in a golden field, with a title that translates as “we are doomed.” We asked villagers three questions: have you ever had a lucid dream, do you believe in aliens, do you believe in predictions of the future? Their answers became the text of the 1.5-hour piece and shaped its choreography, locations and minimal set. I was one of its co-creators and collected the interviews.
