The Macallan × Steven Klein

For the premiere of Steven Klein’s film for The Macallan, I brought the look of the film into the room. The film played on a loop behind the stage, and I designed zones where the actors performed in front of it, so the live action and the footage lined up. I also designed the actors’ costumes to match the film’s world. The stage, the performers and the video worked as one scene, with The Macallan built into the set instead of placed on top of it.
